I. INTRODUCTION
As a teacher, our role is to facilitate teaching-learning process inside the classroom and perform other
related works inside the school. Thus, it is important to set our goals and perform the designated tasks for the
betterment of ourselves, students, stakeholders and school.
II. OBJECTIVES
To manage an environment conducive to learning and address learner’s diversity
1. To monitor and evaluate learners’ progress and undertakes activities to improve performance
2. To implement and supervise curricular and co-curricular programs to support learning
3. To work with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to promote learning and improve school
performance
4. To perform does related works.

I. INTRODUCTION
The institution of the school is in charge of developing pupils into responsible members of society. The
multifaceted focus of school necessitates cooperating with others to complete certain tasks and objectives. This is
where one gets fashioned into a better person who will be an emblem of the type of learning center where he was
raised. These would require committed teachers, cooperative parents, an accountable community, and creative
pupils.
II. OBJECTIVES
1. To manage an environment conducive to learning by cleaning the inside and outside of the classroom.
2. To participate during enrolment period of pupils.
