Good day!

The ZUMBAGUEL, a Zumba group of Barangay San Miguel, Magarao, Camarines Sur
recently participated in the Zumbayanihan contest. Where we dedicated countless hours and
immense effort in preparation and performance and our hard work paid off as we achieved
remarkable results and brought pride to our community.

To celebrate our achievements and to foster a sense of camaraderie, we are planning an

outing on June 11, 2024 at D’ Backyard Resort in Carolina, Naga City. We believe this outing
will not only serve as a well-deserved reward for our dedication but also help strengthen our bonds
as a team.

In this regard, may we request the use of a Municipal vehicle to transport our group to the
abovementioned place and will ensure that all members, including those who might not have
personal transportation, can participate in this celebratory event. We are more than willing to comply
with any guidelines or requirements set forth by the municipality for its use.

We deeply appreciate the support the municipality has shown us thus far, and we are hopeful
that you will consider our request favorably.
