1. To unite the archipelago into one compact, vigorous, and homogeneous body, efforts must be made to promote a sense of national identity and foster unity among the diverse cultures and regions of the Philippines. This can be achieved through promoting cultural exchange programs, celebrating national holidays and traditions, and encouraging inter-island communication and cooperation. 2. Mutual protection in every want and necessity can be attained by establishing a system of mutual aid and support among the members of the La Liga Filipina. This can involve setting up community-based initiatives, such as a welfare fund or emergency response team, to provide assistance to those in need. 3. Defense against all violence and injustice can be achieved through advocating for social justice, human rights, and the rule of law. Members of the La Liga Filipina can work together to raise awareness about issues of injustice and discrimination, and support initiatives that promote equality and fairness in society. 4. Encouragement of instruction, agriculture, and commerce can be promoted through investing in education, agricultural development, and business opportunities. The La Liga Filipina can support initiatives that aim to improve access to quality education, promote sustainable farming practices, and facilitate trade and commerce within the archipelago. 5. Study and application of reforms can be achieved through research, dialogue, and advocacy. Members of the La Liga Filipina can engage in studying the current social, economic, and political issues affecting the Philippines, and work together to develop and promote solutions and reforms that can address these challenges.
