Allen et al. (2020) systematic review involve factors of interest which are as follows:
objectives are specific, namely concerning identifying the best part of these factors and
interventions in the management of CPSP. To apply the search strategy, it is sequential and in an
attempt to find studies related to the specific topic, it selects them. The keywords utilized in the
studies included chronic pain, psychological intervention, osteosarcoma, and pediatric and were
searched in Google Scholar, Pub Med, Psyc INFO, and Cochrane Library. The manuscripts
included focused on the physical experiences of children and the osteosarcoma patients with
CPSP and related to the psychosocial aspects or psychological intervention. The exclusion
criteria on their part were papers that did not include patients with osteosarcoma, or those who
were not suffering from CPSP or psychosocial aspects of the disease in some way. A few papers
made somewhat mixed concerning the design of the research studies and the interventions
investigated; nonetheless, more general yet coherence themes facilitated the inclusion of the
studies into a broad meta-synthesis. The studies that have been employed to explore the validity
of the presented findings were also characterized, and the impact of corresponding bias was
evaluated. It is important to describe the approach that has been employed for dealing with the
matter of the strength and quality of evidence and the grading of the level of evidence. In total,
the conclusions made by Allen et al. (2020) are reasonable, consistent with the results presented,
