AUTOMATED VERIFICATIONS THROUGH DIGIFLOW ONLINE PROCESS

Dear Sir/Madam,

● You have received a verification request from the DataFlow Group for a
document submitted by an alumni of your esteemed institution seeking
overseas employment.
● The verification will be completed through the Digiflow Online Process that
minimizes human error by smoothly transitioning from the existing email and
other verification processes to a much more secure and seamless online
system. This ensures additional security and protection to your alumni’s
personal data
● A summary of the automated online process is being shared in the following
paragraphs for your quick reference:
● You will receive an automated email from DigiFlow asking you to verify the
details of the concerned applicant by clicking on “Confirm Details Now”
● By clicking on the link, a One-time Password (OTP) will be sent to you via
email. This is to ensure that only approved verifiers have access to your
applicant’s information (Refer the screenshot below)

● You need to enter the given OTP to access the verification user interface
where you will see the documents that require your attention alongside a
copy of the “Letter of Authorization” from the applicant (Refer the screenshot
below)
 ● The verification will be in the form of answering a quick questionnaire by
clicking answers in “Yes” or “No” after which you should click on the
“Submit” button to successfully complete the verification.(Refer the
screenshot above)
● Once you have submitted the verification, you can also download a copy for
your records. You will also receive an acknowledgement from Digiflow.net
with a copy of your verification.
