Size: Approximately 8,5cm (3,5inch)

Skill level: Medium


You need: Abbreviations:
-Yarn, I used 100% cotton in, dark r = round
brown light brown, and yellow st = stitch(es)
-3mm crochet hook ch = chain
-10mm eyes (with flat backside) sc = single crochet
-White felt fabric dc = double crochet
-Glue inc = increase, 2 sc in one st
-Scissor dec = decrease, 2 st together
-Needle x6 = repeat 6 times
-Pins sl st = slip stitch
-Fiberfill

Note:
-The number in the end () of each round is the total amount of st
- * * repeat the steps between the stars
-Work in continuous rounds, do not join the rounds with a sl st or turn in the end
unless directed to
-Use a stitch marker (or a piece of yarn) to keep track on the beginning of each
round
-Stuff with a lot of fiberfill to get a better shape;)

Head:
Use the dark brown yarn
r1: 6sc in a magic ring (6)
r2: *inc* x6 (12)

Eyes (make 2)
Use the light brown yarn
r1: 6sc in a magic ring (6)
r2: *inc* x6 (12)
r3: *sc in next st, inc* x6 (18)

r4: a round with only sc (18)
End with a sl st and fasten off, leave a pic 6
tail for sewing. “Fold” the last round
inwards.

Cut out two circles of the white felt
who fits in the “eyes”.

Then attach them using the glue


inside the eyes.

Let it dry and then take the pupils pic 8


(eyes) and glue them on the white
felt.

If you don’t have any white felt or


eyes y​ ou can crochet the eyes with
white yarn to round 3 and then
change to light brown instead of
using the felt fabric. You can also pic 9
replace the pupils with 6sc in a magic
ring of black yarn.

Wings (make 2):


Use the dark brown yarn
r1: make a magic ring, ch 2, 7 dc (8)
turn
(count the 2 ch as a dc)

Ears (make 2):
Use the light brown yarn

Change to dark brown

End with a sl st and leave a tail for
sewing. Fasten and cut off all loose
ends.

Take two pieces of light brown yarn,


fold them in half and pull them
through the top of the ear, use the
crochet hook. Take the ends through
the loop and tighten. Cut off a piece

Beak:
Use the yellow yarn
r1: 7sc in a magic ring (7)
r2-3: two rounds with only sc (7)
Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing

Feet (make 2):

“Tail”:
Use the dark brown yarn

Assembly:
Almost finished! And you have the best part left!
