Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support primarily on roles we have in the US, this
role is expected to support UK hiring based on the needs. Ideal candidate will be someone with
experience recruiting for both US and UK geo.

Responsibilities:
 Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Analytics roles, encompassing sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
 Employ diverse channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and
engage top talent.
 Cultivate enduring relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the
hiring journey.
 Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing support.
 Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their requirements and present suitable
candidates.
 Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural
alignment.
 Scrutinize candidate resumes and profiles for alignment with job specifications.
 Maintain precise and current candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:
 Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in US recruitment, with exposure to Europe hiring.
 Proficient understanding of US visas and tax terminology.
 Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for analytics or technology-focused roles,
preferably within the consulting or analytics industry.
 Ideally skilled in hiring for roles including Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning
Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Growth positions.
 Proven ability to nurture and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
 Adapt recruitment strategies to effectively attract top talent in a competitive landscape.
 Capable of collaborating seamlessly with remote teams across various time zones.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
