I am writing this letter to confirm that Jeaneth Milagros Canales Taype, identified with
passport number 124354993, is working as manager of our business, dedicated to the retail
sale of essential products, since 2019. Her position is permanent full time. I have known
Jeaneth for over 5 years and can firmly say that she is an exceptional worker, with a
dedication and commitment that has contributed significantly to the success of our business.
Her contribution is not only limited to administrative management, but also to the creation of
a positive and collaborative work environment among the team, which together led to an
increase in the level of sales, reduction of costs and increase in the client portfolio.

In addition, I am aware that Jeaneth will travel to Australia as part of her holiday period,
which she has requested, and I approved, for a period of 4 weeks. During her absence, I will
personally assume responsibility for the business, ensuring its proper functioning.
