Sri Antoni Balmiki (Proprietor) & (Guarantor/Mortgaor) at 1D/24, Vidyapati Road, B-Zone, Duragpur - 713205, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal and Smt. Kamala Balmiki, W/o. Sri Niru Balmiki (Guarantor) at 1D/24, Vidyapati Road, B-Zone, Duragpur - 713205, Paschim Bardhaman, West Begal having Cash Credit Loan (50263042846) - with our Asansol Branch now transferred to SAM Large Kolkata Branch to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 1,07,16,906.00 (Rupees One Crore Seven Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Six Rupees only) within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice. The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him / her under Section 13 (4) of the said Act read with Rule 8 and 9 of the said rules on this 19th Day of June of the year 2024. We do hereby cancel and/or revoke our previous possession notice(s)
issued to you under section 13(4) of SARFAESI Act 2002 and the actions taken thereafter, pursuant to the said notices, without prejudice to our rights and remedies as available under the relevant provisions of the said Act and rules framed there under.
