Certified true copy of the resolution passed by the Board Memebers

of “Shanthi Nagar Welfare Society” held on 11-May-2024 at
office at 10 AM.

In the general body meetingwe decided to open saving bank account

in the name of above said society at Bank Of baroda, bandlaguda
branch with an operating saving account by any two office bearers
among the President, General Secretary Or treasurer shall operate the
account jointly.
