Re: Missouri Sunshine Law Request

Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter constitutes a formal request under the Missouri Sunshine Law (MO Rev Stat § 109.180) to
access public records. We are requesting photocopies of the following documents, if applicable,
pertaining to judges in your court:

 Public Official Surety Bond: A photocopy of the bond required by MO Rev Stat § 107.070 for judges.

 Judges' Blanket Surety Bond (if applicable): A photocopy if judges are bonded under a blanket policy.

 Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance, Surety Liability Insurance, and Duty of Care Policy (if
applicable): Photocopies of these policies for judges, including policy numbers and insured amounts.

Additionally, if applicable, we request photocopies of the following:

 Certificate of Liability (if applicable):

 Public Official Bonds or other bonds related to liability and policies (based on negligence,
dishonesty, or contractual terms and conditions) for judges.

 Faithful Performance Bond (if applicable) for judges.

 Fidelity Bond (if applicable) for judges.

 Oaths of Office for Judges.

We are in the private (state national) seeking information about public official surety bonds, Errors &
Omissions (E&O) insurance, and/or Duty of Care policies required by the state before judges assume
office (MO Rev Stat § 109.180).

We understand that MO Rev Stat § 109.180 grants Missouri citizens the right to inspect public records
during reasonable times. This statute also mandates that officials who violate these provisions are subject
to removal or impeachment and potential charges.

Thank you for considering this request. We appreciate your prompt response and look forward to
receiving the requested documents.

Sincerely,

DAMIEN DESHAE SEALS, ens legis.
