This email is required to be considered on top priority and should be executed within 10/10/2023.

This email guides you through the steps of uploading your passport-size photo and your signature
in a specific format.

Few things that you need to follow first, are as under:-

1. Use your laptop for the first time.
2. Save your BORDERLESS Passport size photo of size under 50 KB for upload purpose on the
computer's desktop.
3. For signature, cut a rectangular piece of white paper of size 2.7 inch x 1 inch, write your full name
on the rectangular sheet and then make a BORDERLESS picture of the same for upload purposes.
Save it on the computer's desktop.
4. All the photos must be saved in *.jpg format only. For saving, open the photo on PAINT
Application and SAVE as .JPEG Format with a different name on your desktop.

STEP No 1:-
1. You need to retrieve your login details from www.tha.edu.in website.

2. For Retrieving your login details you need to follow the steps as shown in the screenshot below:-

a.) Open www.tha.edu.in website, click on "STUDENT CORNER" as shown in the screenshot below:-

b.) Click on "KNOW YOUR LOGIN DETAILS"
d.) This screen appears. Here specify your college Roll No allotted to you and also specify your
personal email address. Click on the "GO" Button. Click on the "GENERATE OTP" Button. You would
be receiving the OTP to your personal Email Address. Specify the OTP and click on the "VERIFY
OTP" Button, Lastly click on "SEND PASSWORD" Button. You would be receiving an automated email
to your personal email id stating your login details.

Use www.gmail.com for logging into your college email account.

c.) You would be logged in into your control panel. Click on Upload -> Passport Size Photo. Select
the passport size photo that you had saved on the desktop. For selecting the Photo click on "CHOOSE
FILE". You would be able to preview your photo in the image area. Then click on "UPLOAD" Button
and finally click on the "SAVE" Button.
d.) Similar steps are required to be followed for uploading your signature. UPLOAD -> Student
Signature.
