old, male, married, residence of Block 14, Lot 4, Maharlika Village, Taguig City
and REGIE REYES VIERNES, 40 years old, male, single, residence of
Amaronan, Umingan, Pangasinan.

Subject persons were arrested on October 27, 2018 for Violation of PD

1602 as amended by RA 9287 (Illegal Gambling committed through and with the
use of ICT Pursuant to Sec. 6 of RA 10175) docketed under NPS No. III-17-INQ-
18D-00125 under CC No. 7630-2018. Said accused persons are detained at this
office since their arrest up to this date.

THIS CERTIFICATION is being issued upon request of the afore-cited

persons for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
