Subject person was arrested on April 4, 2019 for the crime of Violation
of Sec. 11, Art II of RA 9165 during the service of WOA issued by Hon.
Ronald Leo T. Haban, Judge of RTC Br 66, Capas, Tarlac dated March 7,
2019. Said accused person is detained at this office since his arrest up to this
date.
