PROPOSAL
Reduction in rentals
All rentals to be reduced by a K200 and all bills to be covered by the all tenants, whether or not they
were in the premises as at the time the bills were incurred.

Other renovation and Maintenance

In the case of needed renovations and maintenance, a negotiation are to be made between
the tenants and the landlord.

Eviction
In the case of eviction, tenant(s) are to be given two months’ notice by the landlord before
the actual eviction date. Otherwise, failure to this, the request to be evicted by the landlord
is nail and void. Until, the two months is mate or the supposed tenant decides to move
before the two months is mate.

Moving
In the case a tenant decides to move, he/she must give one month notice to the landlord
before the actual moving date. Otherwise, he or she will pay for the next month as a result
of inconvenience on the part of the landlord.
Damage (s)
Damages done and or caused by a tenants are to be repaired by the supposed tenant and or
tenants, within a space of one weeks to a month depending of the extent of the damage (s).
