Clinical Examination: Rough, papillary, tender, erythro-leukoplakia lesion of the right alveolus involving both the buccal and lingual mucosa, extending from the right premolar region up to the right retromolar trigone area, measuring approximately 3.5 x 2 cm. Induration of the buccal mucosa aspect of the lesion. Grade III Mobile lower right first premolar tooth, Inclstonal Blopsy: (22nd January, 2024) ATYPICAL KERATINIZING SQUAMOUS PROLIFERATIONInvestigation(siCT Sca 344 right sided level IB lymph nodes measuring 10 x 10 mm.
