MY HOBBIES AND THEIR IMPORTANCE IN LIFE

In life, one can often get stressed and tired from their daily work causing physical and
emotional effects such as headaches, fatigue, anxiety and sleep issues. My hobbies help me to
distress, relax and take a break from my studies. My personal hobbies are sketching, gaming
and swimming. I find all of them really interesting as they match my taste and benefit me
daily.
Sketching helps me to express my creativity and feelings. Whether it’s an illustration, a
scenery, or a character, it’s a good outlet for my imagination. It also helps me relief from
stress and fatigue as it is a calming activity and it helps me unwind.
Gaming makes me involved in problem solving practices which makes my strategic thinking
better. When playing with friends, it also boosts my teamwork and coordination skills to a
certain extent as I collaborate with them.

Swimming is a fantastic workout for me, as it involves a lot of muscle action. It also helps
boosting my stamina and confidence. It gives me a great mental refreshment as it clears junk
in my mind. It enhances my sleep quality too.

To sum up, I feel that my hobbies help me a lot. From physical fitness to mental health, they
always come in handy. Hobbies are a really significant part in ones life.
