We have already begun discussion on the pilot episode. I have looked at the over all skeleton of the stories
details which is rich and useful. This means we can use allot of these ideas into the story. The current issues
stems from lack of character development. So once I will help create the needed character problems with story
suggestions and concepts to help our chore writers make the characters have a little more depth.
As an example I will help provide the necessary instruction on how to develop the character based on the
scenes outlined in each episode to enhance the drama and the entertainment value. This will be in the form of
story meetings and written concepts of the characters traits as needed. In some cases a simple discussion will
help.

3.1 Artistic Direction-Characters
As a rule the design comes from the story. So all decisions made about the current designs should reflect the intention of the
story. The current

in most part but there may need to be some subtle changes about how to go about making sure
the shows production value matches the style and standards of story we intend on telling.

Here are the basics of how I plan on helping in the current stages.

Character- after we agree on the personalities of the characters from both the Bible and the Season arc, we will meet and
discuss what adjustments can be made

episodic and story needs. Hopefully the use of Unreal engin should help this fact.
3.2 Artistic Direction-Env and Props
Lastly Vehicles and props. The equipment used in this universe needs to fit the stories universe and its history. So even if
we can’t build allot of sets to reflect some of these historic ideas in the environments, thoughtful use of design on basic

particles, light tracing from vehicles, water splashes, leaves and fire. Possibly laser blast as well. Again after figure out what
is best to service the time and budget we can discuss. These discussions will happen shortly after we finish the season arc
and it gets approved by both parties.
SUMMARY
To recap for Art Direction.
Stage 1 characters notes from Dalton after final season arc and Episode spring outlines are approved.
Stage 2 Environments notes will follow after Stage one and characters have been noted. This step
must come after stage one not before it even if you have already begun production on characters.
Stage 3 Props and Vehicles will follow after Stage 2 notes are agreed upon Similar to step 2 not before
but after we are clear on the sets do we start this step. No need over building.

- THE KEY HERE IS TO NOT HAVE A DRAMATIC EFFECT ON THE


CURRENT PIPELINE BUT CAREFUL CONSIDERATION ON WHICH WAY
TO GUIDE THIS OVERALL PROCESS.
4.Production Method and Schedule

First the plan is to review the current work flow, look at the current season arc and completion of the pilot script
to help guild the episodic outlines based on the spring boards. The later part about spring boards and outlines
should be decided once the pilot script approval matches the goals of the overall series.

After the above is addressed we will need to asses the current time with in the remainder of the schedule and
budget and decide what is the best step moving forward to create a workable plan to the items in the above
statement. Depending on how long each step takes, I will adjust my time and meetings to match what is
reasonable based on the work load and needs of the production.
