Call To Order/Invocation:
The meeting was started with the opening prayer led by Jocelyn Peligrino and
followed by the Philippine National Anthem and roll call members.

Hon. Katrina M. Cerna Presiding Officer: Proposed and introduced during meeting for our
Barangay Nursery, where it was decided that all Barangay Kagawads would participate in the
creation of seed boxes as part of the preparation for planting seeds.

Hon. Katrina M. Cerna Presiding Officer: After the seedlings have grown, the Barangay
Council will give them to residents, focusing on 4Ps beneficiaries and families with
malnourished children, so they can start gardening in their own backyard.

Adjournment and Closing Prayer

So, it was cleared with no objections the meeting was adjourned at 03:20 P.M with a
closing prayer led by Hon. Filoteo Bersabal
