With reference to the subject and letters cited above, Iam to intimate you that with the suggestions of the Director,
Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, the DTP, Designing and Proof reading of the Monthly Planners from Class
to VIll for the year 2024-25 have been completed and now it is ready for print.
The soft copies of the print ready version are attached herewith for further course of action at your end in printing
of the materials & sending the same to schools through DEO-cum-DPCs with proper instruction to strictly adhere in
implementation of the monthly planners in different grades in the schools at their level. Further, it is requested that the copies
may be sent to Principals of all DIETs/Directorate of Elementary Education, Odishaand Director, TE and SCERT.
