Call for Club President Candidacy Submissions

Dear ICT University Students,

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Club President Election for the various clubs at The ICT
University. This event marks a significant opportunity for our university community to shape the
leadership of our clubs and foster a vibrant extracurricular environment. We invite all interested students
to participate in this important process by submitting their candidacies.
To apply for candidacy, write a letter of application to the post and send an email to the Student Union
Government at sug@ictuniversity.edu.cm with the following information:

Your candidacy submission should include a brief action plan outlining your vision and goals for the club
you wish to lead. This plan will help your fellow students understand your aspirations and how you intend
to contribute to the growth and success of the club.
The deadline for submitting your candidacy is Sunday, 3 rd March 2024 at 10a.m. Late submissions will
not be accepted. The available club presidency positions are as follows:
1. Football Club 8. Computer Science Club
2. Basketball Club 9. Banking and Finance Club
3. Cultural Club 10. Ecology Club
4. ICT U Fan Club 11. Public Speaking Club
5. Entrepreneurship Club 12. Handball Club
6. Journalism Club 13. Gaming Club
7. Software Engineering Club 14. Association Women in Tech (AWT)
Students are also encouraged to create new clubs which can participate to the development of our student
community and foster a vibrant extracurricular environment.
