PRO ARM

RESTRAINT
Installation
Instruction

Arm Restraints limit the range of motion for players suffering

from chronic separations and dislocations. See diagram below.

1. Take the restraint and place it on

the upper arm with Douglas Logo
facing out. The D-rings will be on the
outside of the arm.
2. Bolt the back belt, through the
grommet hole using the t-nut, washer
and screw that are provided, to the
outside of the shoulder pad on the
back plastic arch. It bolts into a hole
near the existing shoulder pad
strap/belt.
3. Bolt the front belt, through the
grommet hole using the t-nut,
washer and screw that are
provided, to the outside of the
shoulder pad on the front of the
plastic arch. It bolts into a hole
near the T-Hook slot. (A 3/16” Hole
in plastic may need to be drilled)

4. Close the restraint around the

upper arm using the Velcro on the
inside. Then slide the small strap
through both D-rings. Slip the small
strap between the D-rings. Fasten
the small strap to the Velcro on the
outside of the restraint.

5. Once Arm Restraint is attached,

test restriction, adjust the belts
accordingly to desired lengths, by
moving the screw to a closer
grommet.
