In the year 2022, 70% of JEE Dakshana Scholars at Valley were awarded a seat at IIT
and 60% of NEET Dakshana Scholars at Valley were awarded MBBS seats at Govt. Medical College/AIIMS.
Report to Dakshana on the exact date mentioned on your result page. Failing to report on the date will lead to the cancellation of your scholarship.
If there is any emergency, email us for approval (at sjha@dakshana.org). Only approved scholars will be allowed to join late.

Dear Scholars,
On behalf of the Dakshana Foundation, I take this opportunity to welcome you to this premier training organization. Dakshana, one of the finest organizations
in India, provides training for JEE and NEET through One-year and Two-year programs. You have been selected to join this scholarship program. It is an
achievement to be proud of and to be cherished by you and your family.
At Dakshana, we maintain and expect very high standards of discipline, moral values, and fitness in addition to excellence in Academics. I am confident that
you will live up to these standards and meet the expectations of the training staff at Dakshana foundation.
The joining instructions will help you with the initial preparation prior to joining the Dakshana Foundation. Deliberate efforts have been made to address all
queries and doubts in your mind through joining instructions. You are advised to read them carefully and take necessary actions.
The Dakshana campus is at a distance of 60kms from Pune Railway station. As there is no direct transportation from Pune Railway station to Dakshana
Valley, Dakshana will arrange special buses to take children from the Pune railway station to the campus. We have only limited seats available for the
students in the buses. We will not be able to accommodate the parents in the buses. We encourage you to drop your children up to Pune Railway station
and hand them over to the Dakshana staff. Please be assured that your child is in safeguard at the Dakshana campus. The buses are being arranged only
on May 16, 2023 (For NEET) & June 13, 2023 (For JEE) from Pune railway station to Dakshana Valley.
Important Note: Parents will not be allowed to enter beyond the security gate of the Dakshana campus.
Dakshana representative will be available at Pune railway Station at exit of platform No 06 to receive the scholars. Please drop your children
up to Pune Railway Station and hand them over to the Dakshana staff. Please be assured that your child will be taken safely and comfortably
to the Dakshana campus.
Scholars are requested to book tickets preferably in the trains listed below. If you are unable to get seats in any of these trains, please mention the same in
the acceptance form and we shall arrange transportation to have you picked up from the railway station.
Option 1: Take 1st bus from Pune station to Bhosari, Take 2nd bus from Bhosari to Rajgurunagar, Take 3rd bus from
Rajgurunagar to Kadus (Approx time 3.5 Hours)
Option 2: Sharing Auto/Taxi runs from Pune station to Bhosari (Approximate price Rs. 50-60), Bhosari to Rajgurunagar
(Approximate price Rs. 40-50), and Rajgurunagar to Kadus (Approximate price Rs. 20-30). (Approx time 3 Hours)
Option 1: Take 1st bus from Shivajinagar to Rajgurunagar, Take 2nd bus from Rajgurunagar to Kadus.
1. From Airport take an auto/walk till 509 chowk (1.2 Km from Airport)
2. Take 1st bus from 509 Chowk till Bhosari Take 2nd bus from Bhosari to Rajgurunagar, Take 3rd bus
from Rajgurunagar to Kadus (Approx time 3.5 Hours)
Option 1: Take Ola/Uber outstation ride to Dakshana campus from any part of Pune (Approx Rs. 1500-2000)
Important Note: Please do not book Auto from Pune to Dakshana Campus. They will charge very high.

Documents
a. Aadhar Card* (Mandatory)/ Voter ID/ PAN Card (1 photocopy and Original)
b. EWS certificate (Mandatory for GEN candidate) (1 photocopy and Original)- Must be issued after March 2023.
c. Caste certificate (For OBC/SC/ST) (1 photocopy and Original)- For OBC-NCL certificate must be issued after March 2023.
d. Minority Certificate (If Applicable)
e. Income Certificate (Issued after March 2023- Original)- Original Income certificate will be submitted.
In the Income certificate, ‘Annual Family Income from all Sources’ is to be mentioned.
f. Disability Certificate (UDID Card) (if Applicable) (1 photocopy and Original) - Must be issued after 2016.
g. Mark sheet for Class 10 (1 Photocopy and original)
h. Mark sheet for Class 12 (Downloaded from Internet or Digilocker) (If your class 12th result is out)
i. Indemnity bond signed by parents as per Dakshana prescribed form (Annexure A)
j. Medical certificate (As per Annexure B)
k. Undertaking signed by parents and scholars (As per Annexure C)
l. Scanned copy of Aadhar card, 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, EWS Certificate, Caste certificate, Minority Certificate, Disability certificate, Income
Certificate in JPG format (File size should be in between 100-300 KB). The scanned copy is required for JEE/NEET registration. These documents
must be available on the scholar’s email or in a pen drive.
m. Keep all the above documents in a folder in the sequence mentioned above. (Photocopy will be submitted and original will be returned after
verification)
Note: If any of your certificate validity is over, apply for the new one and submit the Acknowledgement Receipt along with the old
certificate. The new certificate must be submitted within 01 months of reporting, failing to submit any of the certificates will result in the
cancellation of the scholarship.
*Aadhar Card: In the Aadhar card your Name, Date of Birth, and Father’s name must be exactly as mentioned in your Class 10 certificate. In case it is NOT
exactly the same, please rectify the Aadhar card and bring the updated one. And also update Photograph in Aadhar Card with your recent photo. The
Aadhar card is a mandatory document in the registration process for JEE & NEET.
Personal Kit:
- Bedding items: Mattress (gadda), 2 White bedsheet, Pillow, 2 White pillow cover, Blanket, and White Mosquito net, Yoga Mat
- Stationery: Notebook, Pen, Pencil, Eraser (As per requirement)
- Toiletries: bathing soaps (Dettol/Lux), hair oils (Jasmine/Parachute), detergent (Ghadi), shampoo (Sunsilk), toothbrush, toothpaste (colgate),
Sanitary Pad (Whisper/Skye Comfy/Niine)
- Cutlery: 1 Plate, 1 Spoon, 1 Glass, 1 Bowl, 1 Water Bottle
- Dress: 3 Dakshana T-shirt, 1 Cap, 1 Jeans, 1 Track pant, 1 Dakshana Hoodie
- Misc: 1 Towel, 1 Sports Shoes, 1 Slipper, 1 Bag, 1 Umbrella.
- Textbooks: All Study Materials & necessary reference books will be provided by Dakshana. Please DO NOT bring any reference books except NCERT
books (Biology & Chemistry) and your class notes.
Please do not plan to purchase any of the above items in Pune, bring all these from your home.
Scholars must NOT bring the following items to Dakshana. If any of the items are found, they will be confiscated and will not be returned till departure:
a) Any type of mobile phone or communication device.
b) Electrical appliances like iron, FM, camera etc.
c) Precious Jewelry
Leave Policy:
Considering the program duration, scholars will not be allowed to leave the campus unless completion of the course (After appearing JEE Adv/NEET 2024)
even in the case of marriage or any other function. No leaves will be granted to appear for any exams. Scholars selected for Dakshana will be appearing for
JEE Mains (1 attempt), JEE Advanced, and NEET 2024. Dakshana will be arranging all the logistics to appear for the JEE/NEET 2024.
Communication
Scholars will be given Dakshana mobile phones once a month to communicate with parents only. However, they will be allowed to contact their parents in
an emergency. Mobile numbers will be provided to parents in case they wish to contact their children in an emergency. We are strict about mobile phones and
phone calls since we would like the scholars to be absolutely focused on their preparation. Parents are requested to kindly support us in this and call their
children only on days specified for such communication.
Mobile phones brought by scholars will be deposited with Dakshana and will be returned on the day of final departures.
Medical Instructions
• Scholars must bring their medical certificate, in the format provided by Dakshana.
• Scholar must undergo an Eye checkup and bring a latest eye checkup report from a specialist prescription (Mandatory) and one pair of Spectacle (If
necessary)
• Scholars with chronic illnesses are not permitted for the program.
• In case of serious illness, parents/local guardians will be required to provide medical care at the hospital, as Dakshana does not have a nursing facility
beyond the campus.
Visit of Parents/Guardians: Considering the short duration of coaching, we expect parents/Guardians not to visit Dakshana Campus to meet the scholar.
However, in case of emergency, they can visit with prior permission from Dakshana. Without prior permission parents/guardians will not be allowed to meet
the scholar.
Courier/Parcel: Courier/parcel from scholars’ home or from any other e-store (Amazon/Flipkart) are not allowed. Parcel will be returned in case it is not
informed prior to placing the order. All parcels will be checked before handing over to scholars. No food items to be sent from home.
Cash requirement: During the program scholars do not need cash. However, for emergencies scholars are requested to keep not more than Rs. 1000 with
them. ATM Machines are available in Dakshana Campus. Students who wish can bring ATM card. We do not have any facility to keep the cash. Cash brought
by scholars is their sole responsibility.
For NEET Scholars:
The syllabus for Test I is given below. You are advised to go through these topics before coming to the Dakshana Valley as these topics will not be taught in
the class. You can watch video lectures, on the below topics, on the Dakshana YouTube Channel. Click on the name of the topic for each subject given below,
to watch the video lectures. Questions will be based on the below lectures.
The syllabus for Test I is given below. You are advised to go through these topics before coming to the Dakshana Valley as these topics will not be taught in
the class. You can watch video lectures, on the below topics, on the Dakshana YouTube Channel. Click on the name of the topic for each subject given below,
to watch the video lectures. Questions will be based on the below lectures.

2.Scholars must note that they will not be able to join or continue with the Dakshana Scholarship Program

3.Only first aid facilities are available at the campus; the parents or guardians must be willing to travel to
campus if required to look after the scholar.
4.The above document is just for preventive measure, there being no hazards or accidents so far in our
programs since 2007.

• I will not indulge in any behavior or act that may be constituted as ragging.

program in case of disobedience of order or insubordination.
I, authorize Dakshana to use my photograph, and scholar form data on the website and I will not
share JEE Mains/JEE Advanced/NEET 2023 results with any other institute or individual.
