1. Those prices above excluded VAT 11% and are based on above quantity and may change depend
on the quantity of actual sampling day(s) and sample submitted.
2. This quotation is valid until July 20, 2023
3. Bogor Labs, pt is responsible for providing sample containers and labels, COC and preservatives for
all the samples will be analyzed in Bogor Labs, pt whereas shipping cost will be of client’s
responsibility as well as fee transport, accommodation, and consumption for site supervisor and
sampler.
4. Sample TAT (Turn Around Time) 14 (fourteen) working days after sample received in our laboratory
5. Report will be sent either by e-mail or fax and the original hardcopy will be sent together with
invoice by courier.
6. Payment 50% in advance and maximum repayment is 15 days after invoice received, BNI Branch
