Mindfulness Meditation
Focus on Your Breath: Close your eyes and bring your attention to your
breath. Notice the sensation of air moving in and out of your body, the rise
and fall of your chest, or the feeling of air passing through your nostrils. This
will be your anchor to the present moment.
Notice When Your Mind Wanders: It's natural for your mind to wander.
When you notice this happening, gently acknowledge it and bring your focus
back to your breath without judging yourself.
Keep doing this from1 to 2 times every day and you will get stronger without even
realizing it .
