Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a good way to make your mind stronger. It means


sitting quietly and paying close attention to what you're thinking, hearing,
feeling when you breathe, or how parts of your body feel. If you find your
mind wandering, gently bring your focus back. Doing this can help you feel
less stressed, more focused, and calmer. If you practice mindfulness often,
you'll find it easier to deal with tough times. It helps you stay aware and
steady, even when things get hard, letting you make better choices and keep
your cool.

Here are a few steps that will show how to do it :


Find a Quiet Space: Choose a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. This
could be a comfortable corner of your room, a garden, or even a secluded
spot in a park.

Set a Time Limit: If you’re just beginning, it might be helpful to choose a


short time, such as 5 or 10 minutes.

Get Comfortable: Sit on a chair, cushion, or floor. The goal is to sit in a


position you can stay

Focus on Your Breath: Close your eyes and bring your attention to your
breath. Notice the sensation of air moving in and out of your body, the rise
and fall of your chest, or the feeling of air passing through your nostrils. This
will be your anchor to the present moment.

Notice When Your Mind Wanders: It's natural for your mind to wander.
When you notice this happening, gently acknowledge it and bring your focus
back to your breath without judging yourself.

Keep doing this from1 to 2 times every day and you will get stronger without even
realizing it .
