Introduction
This project is about creating a customer-oriented e-commerce platform for Jack’s, a long-
established Canadian baseball equipment manufacturer. As Jack transitions from a physical
storefront to an online presence, it is crucial to identify stakeholders, business goals, and user
needs. Based on our research and analysis, this report outlines key findings that will guide
creating an exceptional online shopping experience for baseball enthusiasts across Canada.

In conclusion, this paper has targeted our study's findings concerning Jack’s stakeholders,
enterprise goals, and target customers. By analyzing user personas and their desires, we've
recognized the essential components for growing an e-trade solution that serves a wide
consumer base. The subsequent steps involve transforming those insights into an honest and
efficient web design that aligns with Jack’s enterprise goals and meets the desires of baseball
players and lovers. This person-centered method will be a useful resource for Jack’s transition
into the virtual marketplace and help increase within the Canadian baseball gadget sector.
