PETITION

PETITIONER, by and through counsel, unto this Honorable Court

respectfully aver that:

1. Petitioner, JOHN SANTOS, is a Filipino, of legal age,

married and a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Sta.
Catalina, Ilocos Sur;

2. Respondent is the Register of Deeds of Ilocos Sur, which

has an official address at H9GR+X88, Zone V, Quirino
Boulevard, Bantay, Ilocos Sur, Quirino Boulevard, Bantay,
Ilocos Sur, where it may be served with summons and other
court processes at the given address;

3. Petitioner is applying for the registration of the 500-

meter alluvium which formed alongside his titled
agricultural land adjoining Subic River at Sta. Catalina,
Ilocos Sur (subject lot);
 4. Petitioner-Applicant and his predecessors-in-interest has
been on open, peaceful, continuous, uninterrupted
possession in the concept of an owner of the above-
described property since 1975 or within 50 years.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the Register of Deeds of

Ilocos Sur issue an original certificate of title of the lot located at Barangay
Poblacion, Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur registered in the name of the petitioner.
Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.

4. I have not commenced any other action or proceeding involving

the same issues in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any
other tribunal or agency;

5. To the best of my knowledge and belief, no such action or

proceeding is pending in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals,
or any other tribunal or agency;

6. If I should thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has

been filed or is pending before the Supreme Court, the Court of
Appeals, or any other tribunal or agency, I undertake to report that
fact within five (5) days therefrom to this Honorable Court.
