DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION executed by and between Adelle Jose of legal age,
Filipino, married, and a resident of Cot. 3, Ilang-Ilang St., Philex Mines, Camp 3, Tuba,
Benguet, hereinafter called the DONOR, and Drue Rabanal, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, single, and residing at A. dela Rama St., Bristle Ridge Residences, Pacdal,
Baguio City, hereinafter called the DONEE, witnesseth:
That the DONOR is a registered owner of a Parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE (OCT) No. P-5643
“A Parcel of Land located in Brgy. Cabigbigaan, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur, declared in
the name of ADELLE JOSE, designated as CAD Lot No. 2, declared under Tax
Declaration No. 397 with an area of Two Hundred (200) square meters, more or less,
and bounded as follows: North-Lot No. 32; South-Lot No. 3; East-Lot No. 12; West-Lot
No. 11.”
That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF LOVE AND AFFECTION, the
DONOR HEREBY voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of
DONATION UNTO THE DONEE, for being the DONOR’s most trusted gardener, a
portion of the above described property, together with all the improvements found
thereon, free from all liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever kind;
That the DONOR affirms that this DONATION is not made with intent to defraud
her creditors and that she has sufficient funds and property reserved for herself and her
obligations;
That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this DONATION, and hereby
manifests gratefulness for the generosity and liberality of the DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto subscribed their names on the 4th
of May, 2024 at Baguio City, Philippines.

Pacdal, Baguio City;

and

Ferg Raban, with PRN 100141234567, issued on 30 May 2021 at Baguio City

known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and
acknowledged to me that the same are their free and voluntary acts and deeds.

I further certify that the foregoing instrument relates to a Deed of Donation over
OCT No. 5643, consisting of two (2) pages, including this page whereon this
acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses at the
spaces provided for and on each and every page.
