Subject: - Appointment for the post of: "QC ENGINEER"

Dear Mr. Alok Pandey ,

With reference to your interview, the management is pleased to inform you that you have been
appointed as "QC Engineer" in our Company on annual CTC as per annexure attached
including all allowances and you shall be entitled to other benefits as per Company's Rules and
Statutory Requirements. The management reserves the right to bifurcate the salary in merging
with any allowance whatsoever applicable in any manner. The terms & conditions of service
will be as follows: -

1. Your appointment is effective from 01/01/2023

2. Your initial place of posting would be at our GARHWA (JHARKHAND)

3. Responsibilitv And Duties

You shall carry out the instructions of your superiors relating to the performance of your
duties and carry out diligently and honestly such other duties work in relation to the
affairs of the Company and its business, as may be assigned to you.

Unless you are duly authorized in writing by the management, you will not sign any
letter, document etc. or make any financial or other commitments on behalf of the
Company.

You will work under the supervision of such officers/executives as may be decided by the
management from time to time. You shall diligently and satisfactorily carry out the

4. Transfer

You are liable to be transferred/posted to anywhere in India and abroad. You are also
liable to be deputed/transferred to any associated company, in which case you will be
governed by the terms and conditions of service as applicable to the new assignment.

5. Notice Period:

This contract of employment is terminable by either party giving 90 days' notice. The
company reserves the right to payor recover salary in lieu of notice period. The date to be
relived shall be absolutely be at the discretion of the company. Future a person will not be
relieved in between from site/office.

Further, the company may at its discretion relieve an employee from such date as it may
seem fit even before the expiry of the notice period without compensation for the
remaining period and is not bound to given any reason thereof if such termination is for
ethical/moral grounds.
6. Promotion

All salary increments/promotions and demotion will depend at the sole discretion of the
management depending on your efficiency, intelligence, regular attendance, sense of
discipline, loyalty and good behavior.

7. Probation Period

You shall be on probation for 6 months. After successful completion on your probation
period your services will be confirmed in writing. However, your confirmation will be
subjected to your satisfactory performance during the probation.

8. Outside Work

During the period of employment, you will be a whole time employee of the company
and as such you will not engage yourself anywhere for any work on remuneration or any
work similar, resembling to the company or injurious to the interest, business and
working of the company and shall not disclose any / scheme of the company to any
person which includes competitors or any other interested person.

9. Leave And Benefits


You will be entitled to leave benefits as per the Company policy.

10. Retirement

You will be required to be retired from the services of the establishment on attaining age
of superannuation i.e. 60 years. For the purpose of calculating age, official records with
the company, as submitted by you will be treated as final proof and record.

11. Misinterpretation of Material Facts

In case any of the certificates as the date of birth certificate and others related to your
education/other academic qualifications and experience is found false, forged, fabricated
or there is any concealment of information contained therein, your services may be
terminated immediately, in addition the management reserves the right to take appropriate
legal action against you.

12. Termination

The management of the company reserves its right to terminate your services without
notice, in case of any misconduct or breach of any of the terms of employment, implied or
expressed on your part including addiction of drugs, dishonestly, disobedience,
negligence of duties, or other conduct which is detrimental to the interest of the
Company. This is without prejudice to any other right or remedy which may be available
to the management.

In case of dispute or litigation that arises on any of the clauses of the terms and conditions
of service or otherwise, the same shall be subject to tbe territorial jurisdiction of courts

13. Declaration
I, Mr. ALOK PANDEY S/O DINESH PANDEY have read and understood the
above terms and conditions and undertake to abide by the same. I am not suffering from any
disease, which may render me unfit for the above post or affect my efficiency I have also read
and understood the standing orders and other terms and conditions of service.
