Your application for the Bachelor's Program in Industrial Engineering Technology offered by the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio has been positively evaluated: we
congratulate you on that!

If you don't need a VISA, just show up at our welcome office by the end of September for the start of the first semester.

If you need a VISA, we strongly suggest you upload your 2024/2025 application to the Italian Government platform for international students, named Universitaly, at the soonest.
We are receiving a high number of good-quality pre-enrollment applications, and we cannot guarantee, at least for some nationalities, that applications uploaded to Universitaly
after April 30th will be processed: essentially, we cannot overwhelm Italian consulates with too many visa requests. Be also sure to apply for a VISA soon after our approval on
Universitaly, thus increasing the possibility of joining us for the forthcoming academic year in due time.

To upload your application to Universitaly do the following.

1) Register at the Universitaly portal https://universitaly-private.cineca.it/index.php/login

2) Enter the Universitaly portal and fill in the 'pre-enrolment application.' Please, be careful and select: the academic year 2024/2025, the University of Cassino and Southern
Lazio, the Bachelor level of study, and the Bachelor's Program in Industrial Engineering Technology.

3) Submit the application for the pre-enrollment (documents must be in Italian, English, French, Spanish, or Russian) and for the visa. After this step:
- we will receive an automatic email from the Universitaly portal informing us you applied for pre-enrollment;
- we will check all the information you filled in, and we will validate your request;
- you and the Embassy will be automatically informed about our validation by email.

4) Once you received our validation, please download the pdf file with the Summary of your pre-application and submit it to your Italian Embassy/Consulate to apply for the visa
(look at the Embassy website for the documents required for the visa application). After this step:
- the Embassy/Consulate will evaluate your visa request;
- you and us will be informed by the Embassy through the Universitaly portal about the issuing or the refusal of your visa.
