Introduction:

For the project to leave the society in good condition environment and social issues must be
taken in to serious consideration.

Our company is well prepared to tackle and manage social and environmental issues very
carefully and with high professionalism by using its experts and other relevant authorities.
For the importance of social and environmental issues we have employed best qualified
experts that will make sure that the environment and society are left with minimal impacts
caused by the project.

Environmental and Social Management Strategies and Implementation Plans:

To ensure that the project is giving positive impact to the community we will ensure that
the involvement of other necessary authority and community are involved to the
environment and social issues by:

1. Providing education to the society about the project on weekly based

2. Making sure that the society is getting enough education about the benefits of the
project

3. Making sure that selected group by the community themselves is well about the project
that they become ambassadors of the benefits of the project to other communities
surrounding the project.

4. We will conduct meeting from time to time as it becomes necessary during the project
implementations making sure that the society is keeping in touch with the project and
feels the benefit of the project

5. We will also provide education about Safety and health issues as the project will have
involvement of community from different part of the country.

6. We will provide necessary education about safety and health to our labors and providing
them with necessary safety and health equipment’s.
