what students get from this - competition participants will get
certificates and experience and prize money, while the
students who attend this as an open day to see projects, get
to see PES startups and cool science projects by PES.
how would we explain what TAS is - a science event where
we push students to use their creativity and scientific minds
to push the limits. Those who do not want to participate will
be having the experience of an open day. Basically a
Science day at PES.
Both aspects are clubbed together - we market both of them
together.
We need to keep phase 3 running parallelly with mid of
phase 2. we need to run it together so that we have enough
time for confirmations.
As and when phase 2 ends, phase 3 will be run in full force
Budget changes
List of Tasks
1. phase is cutting too close
2. push needs to be earlier
3. 150 schools can be easily possible in 1 week
4. sir says get 30 teams and hit 3 - 5 schools a day
5. incase of 25 teams give them around 20 schools each
6. each school 6 posters + brochures + flyers (puzzles /
riddles to create curiosity about event)
7. phase 3 most important, continuous follow ups
8. budget - send it to ajoy sir directly
9. whenever they went to schools, they gave 2 posters.
last time they gave usb to schools (?) send details to
specific teacher and ask them to put in their WhatsApp
groups
10. will be sending forwadables and soft copy of brochure
11. need details of all teams been sent out and the posters
etc
12. forced people to distribute bookmarks in classes.
13. something to give in their hands to build curiosity in
students
14. flyers with riddles with a reward - - main idea to create
fomo
15. can't go with posters every time as it might not be
displayed all the time, can do this but need a sure way
to reach students.
16. think about a proper way and come back to sir.
specifics needs to be given. (regarding how u going to
reach every student)
17. very critical that marketing team has a clarity of what
they are doing.
