All work activities shall comply with the requirements of applicable SA GIs Standards and Procedures. Contractor ensures that all work is in full compliance with
the requirement of SA CSM and with the provision of Saudi Aramco applicable certification. Emergency Procedures: Stop Work, switch off all equipment,
Supervisor In-charges must direct all personnel to the nearest Emergency Exit and Assembly point.

General Information
1. Valid Permit to work will be obtained prior to starting work.
2. Saudi Aramco requirements are fully complied as per document needed.
3. SA and ASCE approved JSA are available and communicated to all personnel involved in the activity.
4. Supervisor will brief all the crew involved in the job about the activities and the associated hazards and its control measur es using JSA prior to
every shift work
5. Equipment used in the job should be inspected and colour coded as applicable.
6. Toolbox talk and necessary information about hazards of the activity are discussed and attendance sheets maintained
7. All equipment used shall have valid Aramco approved third party certificates
8. Operators, riggers and flagmen, welder shall be certified, for the as per job requirements.
9. Pedestrian walkways shall be prepared to separate human – equipment interface.
10. Supervisor to ensure that all power sources, electrical cables, connections, plugs, sockets, outlets are correctly rated, in good condition, safe to
use without any defects and also inspected, color-coded
11. Power sources are equipped with ELCB / GFCI and been inspected colour coded
12. Only inspected, third party certified lifting gears / lifting hardware are used for the job
13. Competent supervision to be present all the during activities in progress
14. In case of any emergency stop the work and proceed to the nearest assembly point stay remain until get clearance

PRE-CONDITIONS:
All personal associated with the job (SA/Contractor) shall be briefed about JSA in their local language prior to executing the job. It is the responsibility of issuer band receiver to
ensure that the persons working at job site are aware of the JSA.
All equipment and hand tools are good conditions and suitable for the job.
Authorizes minimum necessary personnel to enter the area. All other personnel shall stay away from the job site.
CAUTION:
All persons associated with the job shall abide with the safety procedure and complied with the JSA. The JSA shall be cancelled once conditions change at the job site. The JSA also
shall be cancelled if there is change in the method of doing not related with the job. The team shall stop all workers, cancel the permits and re-apply in accordance with the Saudi
Aramco standard procedure.
JSA Stop Triggers
Stop work and evacuate the area if the stop work alarm or plant wide siren is initiated.
Stop work if there is any LEL or H2S Reading.
Stop work if there is any Leakage.
Stop work if the fire watch or stand by left the area.
Stop work if the work permit receiver left the area.
Stop work if you noticed unsafe condition
top work If the weather began to increase more than 50 ° C.
Stop working in case water unavailable “No water no work”
Stop work and evacuate the area if stop work alarm or plant wide siren initiated.
Crane activity must be stopped if the wind speed is more than 32kmph and 25kmph for man basket operation
