EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I am a Registered General Nurse of the Ghana Health Service since 2014 after graduating
from Kokofu Nursing Training College. I had my appointment with the Ghana Health Service
as a Staff Nurse in April 2017 and was posted to SDA Hospital, Breman where I still remain
with a duty as a Senior Staff Nurse.
LENGTH OF MY STAY
The duration of my stay is from 3rd August to 16th August 2024. I have made the necessary
arrangements for my stay by reserving accommodation at Doubletree by Hilton Toronto
Airport West. Attached to my application is a copy of the reservation confirmation.
TRIP FUNDING
My sister has maintained a sustainable amount of money in her personal bank account with
Fidelity Bank which will cover for my living expenses, tourist sites reservation and have paid
for my airline fares in order for me to travel to Canada. My sister has stood in for me on
several occasions which this is not an exempt.
An amount of $4,500 Canadian dollars has been budgeted for the trip to Canada for a period
of fourteen days and return back to my home country.
TIES AT HOME
I have been a part of a loving and caring family since my infancy. My family has played a
vital role in my upbringing and they’ve showed dedication towards toe success I have
achieved throughout my life.
I own a plot of land in my home country which I am developing into a hospitality facility due
to its location once I return from my holidays.
Also, my responsibility of being a part of a loving family makes me not want to stay away
for long. I can’t imagine my life without them.
CONCLUSION
My stay in Canada is temporary because I have a career and family obligation to fulfil in my
homeland upon my return to my homeland.
For these reasons, I will only want to spend 14 days in Canada and I will return to my
permanent home country, Ghana right after my holidays.
Sincerely,
Francisca Frimpong.
