I am doing my 4th semester internship in DISTRICT COURT, RAIPUR under ADVOCATE
SULTAN AHMED, who specially deals in criminal matters.
On the first day of my internship, that is on, 10 th June 2024, I learnt about the procedure of
criminal cases in district court as mentioned in The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
On the second day of my internship, that is on 11 th June 2024, I learnt the procedure and
guidelines for making rent agreements, details required to make rent agreements, importance
of notary in rent agreements, why is witness attestation required in rent agreements. I also
helped my senior in making one of his client’s rent agreements.
On the third day of my internship, that is on 12th June 2024, I learnt about the guidelines of
copying section in district courts and how to do it. I copied the order sheet of few cases of my
senior.
On the fourth day of my internship, that is on 13 th June 2024, I saw proceedings of NDPS
case of my senior and learnt about it a lot from him. I also learnt how to read the case file
properly and orderly from him.
On the fifth day of my internship, that is on 14 th June 2024, I learnt how to put applications,
u/s 317 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. I have also put applications for 10 cases of
my senior on that day.
