MOL OFFICIAL LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

We refer to your earlier forwarded information for job engagement with relation to AZIZI DEVELOPMENTS.

After evaluation of your Resume/Job Application; other relevant data and having satisfied the recruitment procedure
earlier adopted by the members of our HR Team, we found you qualified to work with our Team.
Hence, AZIZI DEVELOPMENTS seeks to employ your services as an expatriate for a regular full-time position withour
Company.

THIS DOCUMENT EMBODIES THE APPROVED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EMPLOYMENT
Designation: SERVER ADMINISTRATOR

Monthly Salary You will be eligible to receive AED7,000(Seven Thousand UAE Dirham’s only) –Basic Monthly.

Start Date You would be expected to resume on 14TH NOVEMBER, 2023 (Can be extended on application)

Status FULL – TIME

Contract Duration Four (2) YEARS CONTRACT, (Renewable)

Overtime Payment of overtime, for overtime eligible positions, you will be paid for all hours worked in excess.

Hours of Work The employee working hours will be Forty (40) hours per week. You are entitled to one hour of lunch
break every day. Work days Sunday through Thursday and with observance of prescribed holidays.

Allowances/ *Yearly Bonus


Entitlements *Car Maintenance: 3,400 AED (Monthly)
*House & Furnishings: 42,000 AED (Yearly)
*Travel & Events: AED 4,489 (Monthly)
*Free Medicals care for Employee

Schedule B
B.1 SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Appropriate monitoring/coordination services, planning and implementation, development, execution, as shall be
deemed necessary for job success.

Comprehensive infrastructure /management, policies initiation and approval of corrective actions, including
regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making, changes incorporation when necessary.
Quality assurance, Quality control, corporate liaison work with one or more project team, or steering committee,
senior managers and other key influences, possession and maintenance of outgoing and incoming policy and
operations manuals.

You shall also be expected to meet/liaise with the management board of AZIZI DEVELOPMENTS for overview and
updates regularly.

B.2 CONSULTING PERSONNEL

You shall be expected to work with a team of prime experienced project personnel’s with the mandate to provide
excellent services.

B.3 CONTRACT STATUS


Single and Family Status, with accommodation provided. Kindly indicate if you are relocating to UAE with your
family. Excellent educational assistance / benefits with family status employment.

B.4 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL

All Employees are entitled to One (1) month Paid Leave per year which can be taken once at a time or twice apart one
different period. Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.

However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/excess
baggage allowance.
Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.

B.5 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES

Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during
Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will re-imburse the
Employee not later than Four (4) working weeks after submission of Employee’s expense Report and Receipts as
proofs of such Expenses.

Schedule C
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon
presentation of ExpenseReports and Receipts of Expenses
C.1 RESIGNATION/TERMINATION:

Should you wish to resign OR terminate your employment with us, you will be required to provide 90 days (3 months)
written notice to enable us transition your work.
Termination for Cause, Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or
repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a
default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.
C.2 NON-UAE RESIDENT

The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employee’s upon
presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.

C.3UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES


The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance on joining the job Candidates embark on journey to assume duty. As
such no excuses will be entertained on assumption ofduty relating to default.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be paid into employee’s account locally.

C.4 BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
All Employees are expected to reside at the Company’s Staff estate.
There are Single and Family Flat Duplex Accommodation.
Transportation, for employees use during contract.

Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.

C.5 TELECOMMUNICATION / INTERNET FACILITIES


There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and it shall be
accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.

D.1 MEDICAL EXPENSES


Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for
injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

D.2 SAFETY & SECURITY


Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues,
and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All operations on Job Location are
designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE).

D.3 TRAVELING DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA.


The Employee is requested to contact MR.RAHMOND BROWN JH Travels, who shall be responsible for the processing
of his or her Valid UAE Work/Residence Permit Visa and then should forward it to the HR DEPARTMENT of AZIZI
DEVELOPMENTS for Verification and authenticity confirmation.

Hence any expenses incurred by employee during the processing of his documents shall be refunded to the candidate
after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration/Labour UAE arrangement.

Note that all U.A.E based employees' are to report personally to our office with identification materials for signing
and collection of hard copy of their contract documents. This is in line with the expatriate statuary law of the United
Arab Emirates

Note: You will be responsible for your travel expenses, and AZIZI DEVELOPMENTS will refund only travel expenses.
This reason is to have a confirmation of your total expenses,availability also as a proof of your seriousness and
commitment to join our working team.

AZIZI DEVELOPMENTS and UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
