Engagement Consultant
Our Employer Engagement Team work with a wide range of local
and national employers, sourcing opportunities for students to
gain work experience and employability skills through placements
or part-time work opportunities. They advise and assist academic
colleagues on the development of work-based learning activities
in the curriculum and arrange for employer involvement by
organising activities including guest speakers from industry,
internship opportunities and live industry projects. They host
regular careers fairs and other opportunities for employers to raise
their profile on campus.

 “From a very early age, I’ve always wanted to explore foreign cultures and travel abroad.
I knew I wanted to go further out for my higher education. This was when I decided to
study in Bolton — one of my best life decisions.

The University of Bolton offers a combination of International exposure and

management studies, a unique combination needed to meet my career objectives.

As soon as I applied, I received instructions about how to proceed. During my application

process, the International Student Helpline walked me through each step and answered
my questions. Fortunately, I had mentors like Ahmad Khan, who embodied the

The Off-Campus Division sets up and manages
the University of Bolton’s collaborative provision
partnerships both in the UK and internationally.
Over 7,000 students study with the University

Postgraduate Off-Campus students are a key part
of the University family, undertaking work with a real

Each Off-Campus Division partnership is managed
