Service Level Agreement:
Uptime for dedicated internet service is 99,5% (count per hour)
Mean Time To Repair (MTTR):
Anytime a problem occur, iForte will do at its best to resolve at a certain time. Whenever the repairing
time is more than iForte’s standard, iForte will apply a restitution based on the agreed SLG (Service
Level Guarantee)
Monthly Report:
iForte will send a monthly report to the customer explaining in detail the service reliability, service down
time if any, and also the problem
24-Hours Customer Service:
iForte provides 24-hours Customer Service Department
