Object
Each player has 6 cards facedown in their field and
exchanges 1 card from the deck with 1 card among their
field. When a player has 6 cards faceup in their field,
the round is over and the player who has the smallest
sum of value in their field wins the round. When a player
wins 3 rounds wins the game.

Contents
50 cards
•0 to 10 with 4 of each animal
•4 Tarzan
•2 Wild

12 Victory tokens

Game Setup
1. Deal 6 cards to each player.
2. Make a draw card deck with left card in the middle of
the table. Turn over the top of the deck and place it
next to the draw card deck as discard pool.
3. Each player make their 3columns x 2 rows field with
6 cards without seeing the face of the cards.

4. Choose 1 card among their field and turn it over to show

the value of the card.
5. The player who visited Zoo most recently starts the
round.

Game Play
On a turn, the player follow the below action in order.
1) Draw a card: Draw a card from the top of the draw
card deck or discard pool. When the draw card deck is
empty, shuffle the discard pool to make a new draw
card deck.
2) Exchange cards: Exchange the drawn card with any
card among your field. Place the new card faceup and
discard the previous card faceup to the discard pool.

Player can discard the new card to the discard pool

without exchange. (Exception. See Special Cards “
Tarzan”)
- Players can’t see the value of facedown card of
their field before exchange. (Exception. See
Special Cards “Elephant”)
- Players can’t change the position of the cards in
their field.
Then the player on the left takes their turn.
Special Cards
There are 3 kinds of special card.

Tarzan
When the Tarzan comes out, animals run!
When a Tarzan card is drawn (from the draw
card deck or discard pool), any one card of
their field must be replaced by Tarzan. The old card
should be given to the player on the left instead of

discard. The left player must replace this card with the
card in their field on the same position that Tarzan is
placed. Then they give the replaced card to their next
player again. 1 card of each player is shifted like this
way until last player gets the new card from the player
on the right. The last player discard their old card on
the bottom of discard deck.

Hami draws Tarzan and she replaces the top left card
in her field.

Elephant
When a player draws Bear (value 10) (from the
draw card deck or discard deck), the player
can see the value of facedown card in their
field.

Wild
Wild has same value with its right or left
card’s at the end of the round. If the Wild is
on the middle of the columns, the player can
choose left or right card’s value.

Jerry can choose 3 or

5 as the value of the
Wild.

Round over & Scoring

When any player has 6 faceup cards in their field, the
round is over immediately. Any player who has facedown
cards must turn them out. Players add all value of their
filed. But if there are 2 same value cards in a same
column, they become “0”.
The player who has the smallest sum wins the round and
take 1 victory token. In the case of tie, the player who
has more higher value cards wins.

Shuffle all cards then start the next round. The winner of
previous round will be the new starting player.

Jerry scores
3+1+0
+0- 2+0
=2

Game End
When a player collects 3 victory tokens,
we have the new King of the Paper Safari!
