Pursuant to the provisions of clause 7.1 of the Conditions of Contract for the above
project, you are hereby instructed to take possession of the site and commence works on
the project within fourteen (14) days from the date of this letter. The duration of the
works shall not be more than three (3) Months.

During the execution of the works, you are required to strictly adhere to the stated
specifications.

By a copy of this letter, the Engineer’s representative is instructed to give you possession
of site or sections thereof as appropriate.
