I, the undersigned, am a Saint James School of Medicine (SJSM) student.

I have read the student catalog and agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth in the student catalog and
such other rules and regulations as may be promulgated or changed by the SJSM administration from time to time and
cooperate with the SJSM faculty and administration in maintaining the highest standards of scholarship and conduct.

I am aware that my enrollment in SJSM’s M.D. Program is for a period of ten semesters, with a provision for extension.

I understand that SJSM will use its best efforts to place me in U.S. Hospitals for clinical clerkship training and I agree to
cooperate with SJSM in all reasonable respects, including, without limitation, relocating within the United States and its
territories, to complete such training.

I agree to pay tuition fees in full, by the due date, before the beginning of each semester.

I will not engage in any subversive activity, or collaborate with individuals, groups or organizations that are harmful to
the best interests of SJSM.

All disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this agreement or breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in
Anguilla as first choice. In case that is not possible second choice is arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, administered by the
American Arbitration Association applying the law of the state of Illinois. The non-prevailing party shall pay all costs of
the arbitration including the reasonable attorney’s fees of the prevailing party.

Honor Code
Anguilla

Acknowledging the high professional and ethical standards that physicians are expected to exhibit,
the Saint James School of Medicine (SJSM) Anguilla has adopted the honor code that is described herein.
Accordingly, SJSM students have the following responsibilities:

i. To be aware of and to abide by all laws and regulations of Anguilla and, where applicable, of the
British West Indies;
ii. To be aware of and to abide by all applicable SJSM policies, rules, procedures and standards, both
general and academic, including but not limited to those set forth in the SJSM School Catalog;
iii. To exercise personal and professional integrity and honesty in all academic activities.

It shall be a violation of this Honor Code for a student to cheat, steal, knowingly circumvent any
course requirement, purposely impair another student’s educational opportunity, and act in a manner
detrimental to the moral and ethical standards of the medical profession.

It shall be a violation of this Honor Code for a student to knowingly deceive another student, faculty
member, or professional associate with the intent to gain advantage, academic or otherwise, for said
student, or for any other student, or fail to report any infraction of the Honor Code to the proper authorities
within SJSM Anguilla.

It shall be a violation of this Honor Code for a student to cause disturbance, violate law(s), initiate
hostile or aggressive acts, or violate patient confidentiality.

It shall be a violation of this Honor Code for a student to contravene any of the regulations relating
to conduct on SJSM property, whether in or out of class.

At no time should a student’s actions jeopardize the safety or wellbeing of fellow students, faculty,
patients, or persons in the community, either should a student encourage, or abet, others in such actions.

At no time should a student’s actions jeopardize the integrity, appearance, functionality, or worth of
any property of SJSM Anguilla, neither should a student encourage, nor abet, others in such actions.

All SJSM Anguilla Students are expected to abide by the Code of Ethics which is readily available on
the school’s website and subject to change without notice.

All SJSM Anguilla regulations may be subject to change, dependent solely on the discretion of the
Dean and/or Registrar.

Any and all violations of this Honor Code may be subject to investigation and, where deemed appropriate by
appropriate authorities, expose the student(s) to a Disciplinary Process as stated in the Student Catalog.
