With due respect and humble submission I wish to state that My name is Akash Debnath,
S/O Samir Debnath. I am writing to request admission into Class XII at your esteemed
institution.

I was previously enrolled in Kalyanpur H.S. School and passed my Madhyamik examination
in 2021. My enrolment number for the H.S(+2) Stage Examination is 331202318496, and my
registration number is 25101 of 2019. Last year, Kalyanpur H.S. School transitioned to the
CBSE curriculum under the Vidyajyoti Scheme. Given my registration with the TBSE Board, I
wish to continue my Class XII education under the TBSE curriculum.

I have obtained the necessary permissions from the Tripura Board of Secondary Education
and have also received a transfer certificate from Kalyanpur H.S. School.

I earnestly request you to consider my application for admission to Class XII at Prachya
Bharati H.S. School. Your support in this matter will greatly assist me in continuing my
education without interruption.
