Work day : Wednesday - Sunday (Mon, Tue will be day off)

Job Description
Spean Luy is willing to hire Junior and Senior Customer Service staff who can provide support in resolving customer
issues related to registration process and other services by chatting and phone call (no face to face).
- Support customers by FB/Telegram chatting or a phone call for their online financial services registration
- Data registration of documents submitted by customers (ID cards, certified photos, proof of income, etc.)
- Screening of customers for loan eligibility based on the manual
- Respond quickly and accurately to customers via chat and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer database and update periodically
- Refer complex issues to the management team to assist improvement of their services
Requirement
- University students or Fresh graduates can apply (salary: $200-300)
- Able to handle multi tasks without any compliment
- Good English skills in written and speaking
- Understanding basic IT knowledge in order to deal with their system
- High-Motivated to learn new things about their services and customer service
- Fast learner, good at communication and flexible person
- High IQ (5/10 points or above)
Priority
- Have experiences as a Teller or a Credit officer in Banking or MFI is a plus (salary:$400~nego)
- Working experience under a foreign boss
- Advanced IT skills and Advanced MS Office
