The Person I Admire Most

The person I love and respect with all my heart is my dad. He is good-looking with a round face, thick
eyebrows and dark eyes. His height is just above five feet and he is a little plump. So, he looks younger
than his real age.

He is in his mid-sixties, but he is strong. He is the strongest man I’ve ever met. During Covid pandemic,
he also got infectious while he has cardiovascular disease. Even this situation, he didn’t show himself
weak and he could do his work without fail. What’s more, he also gave strength to us because the whole
family was infected.

He is a music lover with a kind heart. He can play the mandolin and sing Myanmar traditional songs very
well. He also loves to listen modern music. His favourite singer is Sai Hti Hsaing. Being a good carpenter,
almost all the furniture, like chairs, dining tables, study tables, etc. in my house, including our house are
all his works. Although he had to learn monastery education, he could fix electronic devices, such as
cassette, sound box and solar panels. Moreover, he knows how to set a rice mill, Ngar Pon. Thus, my dad
is a multi-talented person.

It is unbelievable how he endures his pain and limits his desire. He’s been addictive to drugs and alcohol,
but he could be out of this condition. He always says he overcome that with his affection on our family.
He never fails to care about us in any situation. He is not just good at earning money enough to make a
comfortable life, but good at doing household chores.

To conclude, my dad is not only a good husband but also a smart father. I am very proud of being a
daughter of my dad. Therefore, the one who I admire most is my dad.
