In order to respond to evolving costs and taxes and to ensure a competitive service, UPS reserves the
right to amend or introduce rates and charges. A minimum of 10 days notice will be provided.

How to use this section
Rates in this section apply when the shipping charges

are billed to a party in the sending country.

European Commission regulations, will be delivered by 12.00 noon the second
business day to the following European Union (EU) countries:
Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Slovak Republic
and Slovenia.

UPS Terms and Conditions of Carriage
This is the current version as at the date of publication of this Guide. The latest version, which shall always be the
applicable one for new shipments, may be found at www.ups.com or obtained from a UPS Office.
1. Introduction 3.3 Refusal and Suspension of Carriage

A. These terms and conditions (“terms”) set out the basis on which UPS will transport packages, documents and envelopes (“packages”) and

2. Scope of Service

to it for transportation at any time.
3. Conditions of Carriage
This section sets out various restrictions and conditions which apply to the carriage of shipments by UPS. It also explains what the 4. Customs Clearance

13. Entire Agreement & Severability

It is the intention of UPS that all the terms of the contract between it and the shipper are contained in this document and in the Guides. If the
shipper wishes to rely on any variation to these terms, it must ensure that that is recorded in writing and signed by the shipper and on behalf
of UPS before the shipment is accepted for carriage by UPS. If any part of these terms are not enforceable, this will not affect the
enforceability of any other part.
14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the shipment is presented to UPS for carriage.
