root+lettuce+ 1tsp after 45 mins Almonds+5 black cucumber tomato till half) drink at
kin seeds+ 1tsp
soaked sunflower kishmish+2 walnuts sandwich+ room temp(1 cup)+
soaked chia seeds
After half an hour seeds steamed Dhokla 2tsp coconut oil

Cucumber juice
with mint+lemon
juice

Sprout salad+curd

Chapaati+1tsp
