Established in 1949 by the Murugappa Group in partnership with Tube
Investments (UK), TI Cycles has rapidly transformed from a bicycle
manufacturing company to an industry giant in mobility and well-
being solutions.
Currently, TI Cycles is the market leader in the ‘Specials’ segment
with a nationwide presence bolstered by a network of around 11,500
primary and secondary dealers, zonal offices and warehouses. The
company’s plants in Chennai and Rajpura possess the capacity to
manufacture five million bicycles a year.
