1. Give a brief introduction about you

2. Give a brief introduction about your mother or father.

3. Describe their 10 most important past events by using a timeline. Include years
and dates.

4. After you have the information, organize it, and present it in oral form. Film
yourself for 4 minutes describing all details.

5. Upload your video on the AVAC platform.

6. You can use your YouTube channel and just send the link.
