We are glad that you shared interest in our agency. Please find below the marketing strategy proposal of
Alacard India for Digital Marketing.

This proposal will basically concern the Paid Ads aspect of Digital Marketing.

So as the Brand Alacard deals in all types of Greeting and Gift Cards the complete marketing plan should
resonate with the idea and the overall ambition of the brand. The entire brand communication and the overa
brand persona should be in coherence with the brand strategy.

So our entire paid ads strategy will be divided into two aspects.
1. The Platform based strategy.
2. The Acquisition based strategy.

Platform-Based Strategy-

As the TG - Target Group of the brand is youth we have to target this TG in the platform where it is available
So the most important platform for us would be Instagram and then Facebook. As the brand deals in
Greeting and Gift Cards we have to target based on Behaviour and Interest.

The second most important platform is Google - We all search everything on google so if a person sees
the ad of our brand before making a purchase he/she will make sure to check about the brand on Google,
so Pay Per Click ads on Google is also very important.

The third most important platform is Youtube as we are dealing with products regarding the music we can
run different kinds of ads on youtube based on the topic and other aspects.

The budget spends on the above platforms is in the following manner.

The Acquisition Based Strategy:-

The ROI of the marketing spend will depend upon this acquisition-based strategy. This is an important aspe
and we request the concerned party to read this carefully.

As against the prevalent misconception, even the paid ads are not a shortcut way to sell your products. The
entire concept of paid ads works on the basis of algorithms and Artificial Intelligence. So for any paid ad to
give you the best return you need to have some patience and time.

For the first month, we will be focusing on the sole purpose of Brand Awareness and then the secondary
purpose is sales. As ours is a new brand we can not expect the customer to buy the product in one go so fo
creating the impact and creating trust in our brand we would need the customer to interact with us at least 3
to 4 times with our brand.

From the second month, the main purpose will be remarketing to the old customers who have interacted
with the brand and then reducing the cost per acquisition of the new client. So for the first month, the CPA
and CPC both will be high but will gradually decrease in the subsequent months.

Below we are mentioning few points which might impact the above strategy and which need to taken care o
as early as possible.

The speed of the website is Average as most of the traffic will see the website over the phone the
overall cost of clicks and consequent aspects will increase and this can be improved

Segregation of Fee Structure :

1. Google ads Set up Fees and optimization fees – 20k Set up which

includes setting up shopping ads and youtube campaigns as well and

15k monthly fees which will include shopping, youtube and search ads

= Total 35k
2. Facebook – Set up fees 15k and monthly optimization fees – 15k Total=

30k

Setup fees is a one time fees = 35(this is one time) which is included in

first fees. Total= 65

Monthly Fees (Retainer) = Google ads 15K+ Facebook 15k
