Assessment if it was not issued previously and a Court Summons will be issued against
you after 12 Jul 2024.

Appeal for extension of time to file or waiver of composition amount

Any appeal for waiver of composition amount after 12 Jul 2024 has to be made online at
mytax.iras.gov.sg/iras/PenaltyWaiver.
